vs.
And I won! Wooo blue flower bike power! Take that Mercedes SL500! First I won on a (fairly steep) downhill with some moderate turns (down Esperanza above Baseline, in La Verne, for those of you familiar with the area). Then I beat him off the line at a light on the flat (on Baseline) 
As he passed me just at the end of the intersection, his window was down and he said something about “pretty” and “fast”. Hehe… it was fun!
[once it was light I got in 21 miles]
