I can’t believe that you can do Larabars during a race. I love them during the week or as a snack, but all that fruit drives my stomach crazy before long runs, or during a race.

Yes, I did learn the hard way….. ;)

Heh. They were fine last year. I haven’t been using them as much this year. I’ve gotten less picky and am using more gels and clifbars. I liked the texture of lara better though.
